Accommodating up to 6 people, the Mas de la Fontenette has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite, and a wellness area with a Jacuzzi, sauna and exercise bike. A table football table and a table tennis table are at your disposal. The lounge also features a sofa bed. A desk is available in each of these rooms.
Fibre-optic broadband is available at Mas de la Fontenette. It provides you with a very high-speed internet connection via Wi-Fi or an RJ45 connection.
Imagine your working conditions. When you look up from your desk, you can see the village’s medieval castle right in front of you, with the snow-capped Cévennes in the background. Yet we’re only at an altitude of 250 metres, with a Mediterranean climate. The movement of the few clouds creates a veritable dance of shadows on the ground. The birds that haven’t migrated visit regularly and feast on the seeds from a feeder hanging from the branches. Chickadees, finches, great spotted woodpeckers, blackbirds and goldfinches brighten up your days. Bee-eaters and black kites (some of which spend the winter in the Ardèche) regularly fly over the property. At night, the tawny owl perches and hoots beside the house. After the winter season, the migratory birds return. The magnificent European golden oriole nests on the property. The Philomela nightingale has one of the most beautiful songs. The kestrel (which nests in the village itself) comes to hunt on the property. Its favourite prey is the green lizard. The little owl hoots every night. The short-toed eagle, a magnificent bird of prey that feeds mainly on grass snakes, regularly flies over the swimming pool. Etc.
Among the mammals, a wild rabbit has made its home on the land and can be seen every day; a weasel follows it quite closely, whilst a fox dreams of it day and night. A stone marten and a genet would also gladly add it to their menu. For the moment, the hare remains master of its domain. A red squirrel comes to scamper around the edge of the swimming pool from time to time. Roe deer are nearby. Other as yet unidentified animals leave tracks on the ground of the property, which covers more than 2.5 hectares.
In short, it’s hard to imagine better working conditions!!!

The farmhouse can accommodate 6 people. Work can be spread across 4 different rooms (the 3 bedrooms and the living room). The room set aside for the wellness area can also be used for this purpose, if necessary.

Le Mas de la Fontenette is a holiday let in the Ardèche, open all year round. It is situated one hour from Avignon TGV station. Avignon is 2 hours 45 minutes by train from Paris, 1 hour from Lyon, less than 1 hour from Marseille and just over 5 hours from Brussels. If you don’t have a car, a daily direct bus service (with no stops) between Barjac and Avignon provides the final link between the TGV station and Le Mas de la Fontenette.
